2. Membership & Access

Membership levels determine access to resources and services.

Healthcare providers and employers receive access only to the StrategiesRx database and may only allow access according to the number of licenses purchased. If a change is needed, please contact Norma Johnson at Norma@yourmedicarepharmacist.com.

Insurance agents can choose their membership based on their needs:

• Full membership includes access to training, resources, seminars, and inclusion on the Find an Agent page.
• Database-only membership provides access only to the StrategiesRx database.

Agents with unlicensed administrative staff may share their login credentials with their unlicensed admin for business purposes only. If the admin becomes a licensed agent, they must obtain their own paid membership to continue accessing the Website.

Failure to pay membership dues on time may result in termination of membership and loss of access to the Website and its resources.

Any unauthorized access or sharing of membership credentials beyond the terms outlined above will result in immediate termination of access.

3. Services Provided

Strategies4RXSavings provides educational content, a directory of licensed agents, and resources related to Medicare and prescription savings. The StrategiesRx database is a resource to help identify potential prescription savings opportunities. We do not offer direct insurance enrollment, legal, or medical advice. Any interactions with third-party agents or service providers are at your own discretion.

Agent Education Materials: Paid members are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing any content categorized under agent education with other agents or non-members.

Any unauthorized use of intellectual property will result in membership termination and potential legal action.
