This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and services provided by Strategies4RXSavings Corporation, a Tennessee corporation (“Strategies4RXSavings,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use & Subscription Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or provided in a separate written agreement, Strategies4RXSavings subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing period selected or applicable to the subscription.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Strategies4RXSavings and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the applicable subscription fees using the payment method provided until the subscription is canceled.
Your subscription will continue to renew according to the applicable billing cycle unless it is canceled before the next renewal date.
You may cancel an eligible subscription through the cancellation method provided within your Strategies4RXSavings account or by using another cancellation method made available by Strategies4RXSavings.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, cancellation prevents the subscription from renewing for the next billing period.
Cancellation does not ordinarily terminate access immediately.
You may continue to access the applicable Services through the end of the subscription period for which payment has already been made, subject to compliance with the Terms of Use & Subscription Agreement.
At the end of the paid subscription period, access to the applicable subscription Services will terminate unless the subscription is renewed or another arrangement has been made.
Except as required by applicable law or otherwise expressly provided in a written agreement with Strategies4RXSavings, subscription fees and other payments are nonrefundable once charged.
Strategies4RXSavings does not ordinarily provide:
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily create a right to a refund for amounts already paid.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same transaction, or experienced another billing error, please contact us promptly at:
Strategies4RXSavings will review reasonably documented billing concerns and, when appropriate, correct confirmed billing errors or issue a refund or credit.
A request for review does not guarantee that a refund or credit will be issued.
From time to time, Strategies4RXSavings may offer promotional pricing, trial periods, discounts, or other special arrangements.
Any additional cancellation, renewal, or refund terms disclosed with a specific promotion, trial, or offer will apply to that promotion, trial, or offer.
If a trial or promotional subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription, the applicable renewal terms will be disclosed as required before the charge occurs.
Organizations purchasing multiple licenses or Authorized User access are responsible for managing their subscriptions and Authorized Users in accordance with the applicable subscription terms and the Strategies4RXSavings Terms of Use & Subscription Agreement.
Reducing the number of users, discontinuing use by an Authorized User, or failing to use available licenses does not automatically create a right to a prorated refund.
Changes to the number of licenses or subscription level will be handled according to the applicable subscription arrangement or separate written agreement.
Certain Organizations may enter into separately negotiated agreements with Strategies4RXSavings Corporation for enterprise services, API or Integrated Services, custom licensing, report generation, data services, or other business arrangements.
Those agreements may contain different provisions concerning:
When a separately executed written agreement contains cancellation, payment, or refund provisions that differ from this policy, the executed agreement will control for the services and subject matter governed by that agreement.
Strategies4RXSavings may suspend or terminate access to the Services as permitted by the Terms of Use & Subscription Agreement, including for nonpayment, unauthorized credential sharing, misuse of StrategiesRx data, unauthorized automated access, intellectual-property violations, security threats, prohibited submission of patient-identifying information or PHI, or other material violations.
Suspension or termination resulting from a user's material violation of the Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Strategies4RXSavings may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, subscription practices, business operations, or legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on the Strategies4RXSavings website with its effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law and any applicable contractual commitments.
